Refund & Return Policy

Online Orders We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the tags attached. Final sale items (marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at Reneecoutures1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions to ship the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Store credit never expires.

Event & Pop-Up Purchases All event and pop-up sales are final sale. We encourage you to inspect your items carefully before purchasing. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of the event.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect online order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Condition of Items
Reneecoutures carries both new and pre-owned items. Pre-owned or vintage items may show normal signs of wear — any notable flaws will be clearly described and photographed in the listing.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed and confirmed.
